PAUSE & POSTPONE - Coronavirus and your wedding

If you’ve planned for a 2020 Spring / Summer wedding, then I imagine you are extremely confused about what to do at the moment.

Remember, this strange time is only a little set back and it’s only TEMPORARY!

You have each other and your big day will come.

Please don’t worry, all your wedding suppliers are here for you and will help to re arrange your wedding day. All we ask is PAUSE & POSTPONE… don’t cancel

Talk to your venue and your suppliers and we all try our best to make it work!

Once we're through the other side, we will ALL need these celebrations more than ever before! You’ll have an amazing wedding with your loved ones and I’m sure you’ll have a big party!

Below is a bit about how I am helping you

Our wedding is going ahead following the government guidelines!

If your wedding is going ahead as planned and I'm not ill or isolating, I'll be there with all my heart and soul.

This whole episode has just made me even more passionate about capturing the love and happiness in the world, and so grateful to be able to share these occasions with people like you.

What if we need to postpone our wedding?

If you do need to postpone because of the pandemic, I'll happily move you to a new date with no penalty.

If changing, I'd just ask you to co-ordinate with me on the new date to make sure I'm free. I can send you my availability for the month(s) you’re thinking of and we can go from there.

I would however, suggest to try to avoid Saturdays (especially during peak months) as these dates will be pretty busy, not just for me but venues and other supplies too.

What if you are in isolation or unable to photograph our new wedding date?

If I am in isolation or unable to do your new date, please do not worry!

I have a vast network of wonderful photographers and I’ll do my upmost to find one to cover your day, this will be someone I know and fully trust! I will then edit the images taken in my own unique style and provide the rest of my service as agreed.

But rest assured, I'm doing all the right things to keep myself as safe and healthy as possible to make sure I can be at your wedding - that is my priority.

There’s no question that this is going to be a tough time for businesses like mine, so I’m asking you if you’d be willing to pay 50% of your remaining balance at the time it was originally due and the remaining 50% 4 week before your new date. This would be an amazing help to see me through this year personally and professionally. If that's not possible then I understand.

If you've got any questions as things develop, or you just want to have a chat about anything please do email me. I'm here to help as much as I can.

Take care of yourselves during this time and I can't wait to see you on your wedding day.

All the best

Meg x
